- How to reach it?
From Lecce: take the east orbital road and take the exit “USCITA 8 B LITORANEA” (“Exit 8 B coast road”). You will soon reach the coast road S. Cataldo – Otranto (SS16). Then turn right southwards in the direction of Otranto. Ignore the crossroad to Acaya, you will arrive at a crossroad with traffic lights, where you will see the road sign to “Vanze” and “Agriturismo”. Turn right there and you will find us after about 0,5 km.

- How far is the sea?
The sea is 3,5 km away from the Country House Holiday. The coastline is sandy with fine sand and here we have our “BUENA VENTURA” bathing lido with facilities.

-How far is it from Lecce/Otranto?
It’s 12 km from Lecce and 28 km from Otranto.

-What does the area offer within 6 km?
A wild beach with bathing lido plus facilities 3,5 km away; the WWF oasis 2 km away; a 18 hole Golf Course 2 km away; the Castle in the fortified citadel of Acaya 3 km away; a bicycle touring route 1 km away; a riding ground 3 km away.

Yes, we have.

- Is it possible to bring one’s dog/cat?
Yes. In the Superior rooms, we give you the opportunity of making use of a small fenced veranda when you want to leave him at home. The cost of disinfecting the room at the end of the holiday is € 40,00.

- Is it possible to have lunch?
Yes, by booking.

- What time does dinner start?
We serve dinner from 8:00 pm.

- Do you offer a massage service?
Yes, by booking at the reception. The cost is € 30,00 for a length of 30 minutes.

- Do you offer a shuttle service to the bathing lido?
Yes and it’s free.

- Is it necessary to have a car during a stay by you?
Yes. You can also hire it here.

- Is it possible to hire a mountain bike?
Yes, by booking. The cost is € 12,00 a day.

- Do you have internet access?
Yes, by HotSpot (cash wi-fi connection). You can connect your own laptop.

- What are your products?
Organic pure olive oil, our garden vegetables and lemon liqueur “Limoncello”.

- Have you got a swimming pool?
No.

Rooms:

- Is there a hairdryer and an air conditioner in each room?
Yes. All the rooms have a hairdryer and, regarding the air conditioner, just some of the Junior rooms have a ceiling blade fan instead of the air conditioner.

- How wide are the rooms, bathroom excluded?
The Junior rooms are from 15mq to 25mq wide.
The Standard rooms are from 18mq to 40mq wide.
The Superior rooms are 35mq to 45mq wide plus a private small veranda.

- Do all the rooms have an en-suite bathroom?
Yes.

- Have you got connecting rooms?
Yes.

- Have you got rooms with a cooking area?
No. But you can always prepare food for your baby/child in a shared area, “The baby-food area”, which is under the gazebo outside the restaurant.

Courses

- How can I book or have further information about the courses?
By calling the reception on 0832 861248.

- Is there a minimum number of people attending the courses to start them?
Yes: 4 people for the Pizzica course.
2 people for the Art courses.
1 person for the other courses.

- Is it possible to attend group lessons?
Yes.

- If there’s no wind, will the kite surfing, sailing and windsurfing lessons be given in any case?
Yes, but only the theoretical ones.

- Is there a minimum age to attend the courses?
Yes, children are allowed to attend windsurfing and sailing courses starting from 6 years, kite surfing courses starting from 10 years.

Children

- Can I prepare the food for my baby?
Yes, we give a shared “baby-food” area, which is always open, under the gazebo next to the restaurant room.

- Is it possible to benefit from a baby-sitter service?
Yes, by booking at the reception (€/hours 8,00).

- Is there a playground for children?
Yes, on the grass of the farmhouse.
