Buena Ventura Lido, Our kite surfing, windsurfing and sailing courses
By Buena Ventura Lido you can practise kitesurfing, windsurfing and sailing in safety and have a lot of fun. The sports association “Sea & Souls” (S&S), affiliated to IKU (International Kitesurf Univerity), FISN, ACSI e CONI(Olympic Italian Association), with its trainers, is able to introduce you to these fantastic sports.
These wonderfull sports, very similar between each other, have a lot of differences: kitesurfing means freedom and show; windsurfing makes you compete with the sea, and sailing gives you any time different emotions and makes you grow up inside.
PRICE LIST
The Sea Souls Association has planed this price list for any kind of course: €300,00 for kitesurfing, €200,00 for windsurfing and sailing.
The cost of the courses includes: annual membership to the “Sea & Souls” association, insurance card, a certificate of attendance and the use of the equipment for the whole length of the course. The kite surfing course consists of 3 lessons, each of them lasting for 2 hours, for a total of 6 hours and with a maximum of 3 students at a time.
- Groups: a short approaching course of one lesson during 3 hours for groups from 3 to 5 persons at €90’00 each for kitesurfing and €50,00 for windsurfing and sailing.
- Free courses: every monday from 10,00 to 12,00 there are free appoaching courses for big groups.
- Single course: approaching and specialising course of 2 hours lesson at €110,00 for kitesurfing and €70,00 for windsurfing and sailing.
- Age: also kids can practice starting from 6 to 16 years old at the cost of €240,00 for kitesurfing and €160,00 for windsurfing and sailing.
- discount of 10 % for the relatives of the associated.
Who wants to practice this sports can have a really good discount (30%) for hire if associated.
Kite surfing course
Come and learn how to kite surf here with us. The Buena Ventura’s “Sea & Souls” school gives basic and advanced kite surfing courses with qualified IKU and ACSI trainers using 2010 equipment.
The length of the course is of 3 lessons, each of them lasting for 2 hours and for max 3 persons at a time, and organised as below:
1st and 2nd hour:
a few news about history, theory of “the flight window”, winds and safety guidelines, best spots and approach to the kite school on the beach.
3rd and 4th hour:
Wing installation, releases and protections training first on the beach and then by “body dragging” assisted with the kite wing in the water.
5° e 6° ora:
Body dragging and starting from the water with the sailboard.
Cost per person:
€ 300,00 for adults
€ 240,00 for young people from 10 to 16 years
The price includes: membership card, insurance, use of the didactic equipment, and certificate of partecipation.
Windsurfing course
Would you like to learn how to windsurf? The Buena Ventura’s “Sea & Souls” school gives basic windsurfing courses.
The length of the course is 3 lessons, each of them lasting for 2 hours and organised as below:
1st and 2nd hour: Theory of the winds and correct position of the body with the simulator.
3rd and 4th hour: Approach to the sailboard, balance, safety and the raising of the sail.
5th and 6th hour: Direction and veer
Cost per person: € 200,00 for adults
€ 160,00 for young people from 6 to 16 years.
The price includes: membership card, insurance and use of the didactic equipment.
Sailing boat course
Would you like to learn how to sail? The Buena Ventura’s “Sea & Souls” school gives basic sailing boat courses with Laser 13 and Laser 16.
The length of the course is 3 lessons, each of them lasting for 2 hours and thus planned:
1st and 2nd hour: Rudiments of the sailing boat, safety and pace.
3rd and 4th hour: Approach to the sea on the school boat.
5th and 6th hour: Learning the technique to turn.
Cost per person: € 200,00 for adults
€ 160,00 for young people from 6 to 16 years.
The price includes: membership card, insurance and use of the didactic equipment.
