Where we are, the area

We are just 12 km away from Lecce, 28 km from Otranto and 0,5 km from the small village of Vanze which has a population of 400.

Villa Conca Marco is situated in the heart of a protected area, together with the WWF “Le Cesine” oasis and an 18 hole Golf Course. The Castle in the neighbouring Acaya, a fortified citadel, has great historical and architectural importance. It is a UNESCO world heritage site and next international venue of the Peace forum. Bicycle touring and horse routes allow you to visit the neighbouring farms (masserie).

The close proximity to the sea, 3 km away from Torre Specchia, where we have our bathing structure “BUENA VENTURA”, offers the guests the opportunity of enjoying a relaxing holiday even in high summer in August.

Villa Conca Marco Farmhouse – GETTING THERE

The Villa Conca Marco Farm is easily accessible by car: take the Coast Road “Litoranea Adriatica (SP.366) towards Otranto; pass sign Acaya and the nature WWF oasis reserve “Le Cesine", then turn left at "Vanze" sign, Villa Conca Marco is 800 meters on the right.

By Car:

The motorways connected with Apulia are: The A14 which links Bologna to Taranto, take the junction to Bari, then follow the road signs to Lecce. The A16 links Napoli to Canosa, take the exit to Bari then follow the road signs to Lecce.

Coming from Brindisi:
You can take the main road to Lecce, then the junction TANGENZIALE EST (not OVEST!), after a few kilometers take the exit 8B (or 7B as well) and you will quickly reach the Coast Road San Cataldo-Otranto (S.S.16). Following the directions to Otranto (on your right going to south), turn right to Vanze and then follow the Villa Conca Marco road signs (total distance: 50 km).

Coming from Lecce:
You can take the main road to San Cataldo, and go on to the Coast Road San Cataldo-Otranto (S.S.16). Then take the junction to Vanze and follow the Villa Conca Marco road signs (total distance: 15 km).

Coming from Otranto:
You can take the Coast Road to S. Cataldo, then take the exit to Vanze where you will see the Villa Conca Marco road signs (25km).
